What are some possible strategies for women to use in finding balance in their professional, educational and personal lives?
Women are always busy. They always take of their house, children or family. Most of the women are also busy building their careers. They go to college, work as professionals.So, this is not an easy task for them to balance all these responsibilities. However, they can find a balance to run all these tasks smoothly.For an example; woman should seek a help from their family members to do household works if she has a job or she goes to college.All tasks should be divided in between all family members so that women could get more time to focus on her professonal or educational lives.If she goes to college, she should focus on her study.I don't think in today's western environment, any women spend a lot of time on household works because most of them are engaged in some kind of job outside the home.So, being a man, i have to understand that all women should get equal opportunity to pursue their career and we, men should encourage them by helping them on household works so that they can focus on their professonal or educational lives and find a balance in between them.

I would agree with you. As I grew up, my mother did the household chores and father cooked. This was their balance. In other families, things might run a little differently. However, the work cannot all lay on the woman's shoulders. My finacee doesn't cook but he will do laundry and clean my house for me. This is our system. He understands that by helping out, that frees up more couple time for us.

I love when my husband helps out around the house. In the past, he never cleaned or did any house hold chores except mow the lawn. As we have gotten older and two of the three children have moved out he has started to help a bit more around the house. I truly appreciate even when he makes the bed or does a load of laundry. Of course, he's the last one out of bed in the mornings and he's doing his own dirty work clothes. But hey, its better than nothing.
ReplyDeleteI love my husband as well he is a great father and a great husband he helps me around the house but most of all he help steer our children in the right direction. He cooks if I am tired or if I'm at work but most of the time he helps with the household chores.
